For most of my life, I knew I was capable of more… yet I held myself back.

I grew up in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa, and now live in the beautiful landscapes of Switzerland with my partner and two amazing teenagers. I’ve navigated big transitions — between countries, careers, and personal identities — and each one taught me lessons about resilience, balance, and the power of believing in yourself.

But I wasn’t always confident. I was a people pleaser, always saying “yes” to others while neglecting my own needs. My boundaries were weak, my self-image was low, and I convinced myself I didn’t deserve the career, relationships, and opportunities I truly wanted. Deep down, I wanted more — but fear, self-doubt, and excuses kept me stuck.

Everything changed when I experienced coaching for the first time. It was the turning point that made me see I wasn’t living the life I envisioned. With guidance, I uncovered my limiting beliefs, shifted my mindset, and made bold, lasting changes. I developed habits that helped me grow, thrive, and step into my potential — and I knew I had to help others do the same.

My professional background is diverse: years in the fast-paced finance sector, over a decade as a freelance makeup artist, and now as a certified confidence life coach. Those years working with women taught me something powerful: outer transformation is meaningless if your inner confidence isn’t there.

Today, my mission is clear — to help you build unshakable confidence, set meaningful goals, and take aligned action toward the life you truly want. I use a blend of in-depth assessments, mindset tools, and proven strategies tailored to your unique journey.
